2.0.12 still a problem with ChmHelp and sparta_DockedFormEditor

Just installed 2.0.12 in Linux Mint! Congratulations on the new release.

I am sorry to report that a problem I saw in 2.0.10 remains present. In setting up for a single window IDE, I installed AnchorDockingDsgn and sparta_DockedFormEditor. On rebuilding the IDE, it throws an error in ChmHelpPkg:

chmreader.pas(81,12) Fatal: Can't find unit chmreader used by ChmLangRef

I'm not concerned with ChmHelp for the time being, so have removed it, but this certainly seems worthy of attention.

This appears to be the same issue that is reported in 0035721: Can't install sparta_DockedFormEditor, and is marked as resolved, but it clearly is not resolved.

The problem is resolved, but not for the 2.0.x series. It was only fixed for 2.1.
