Hint with list of object properties: appears on bottom

I use Lazarus 2.1.0 r64427 FPC 3.2.1 x86_64-linux-gtk2

while debugging, I hover mouse over Object, and see the listbox with obj's properties TOO LOW. On screenshot you see few lines of it, it is the bottom of screen.
Pls show this hint ABOVE the object name. It has 30+ lines.

Ubuntu 20.04
EDIT: it's 'record' pascal type.

I use GDB, 'dwarf with sets'.
