Application startup from "open with" take too long time

I just create a project without any additional code and make it default for txt files. after double click on txt files project take too long time to show main form but if open app directly it start immediately.
What is the problem ?

FPC version: trunk.
Lazarus version: trunk.
MacOS version: Catalina

I don't have the issue on Mojave. My test project is attached.

Did you try to compare opening speed when some other application is set as default for txt files?
