Err: Is not a valid time

Hi!

Code: Pascal  [Select][+][-]
  1. ""14:55:56+03:00" is not a valid time

If the xlsx file in the docProps/core.xml  is set in the format of 2019-04-11T11:31:35+03:00,  then there is a error.

+03:00 — it's a time zone that's turned on during. I suggest we trim it.

Fixed, also for negative time offsets.
