Yes but i can only convert 10 mb of the db :/

Does the mdb contain macros? If yes, you're out of luck. If not, you can read the tables into ODBC. You'll have to recreate the queries by yourself.
Mainly Lazarus trunk / fpc 3.2.0 / all 32-bit on Win-10, but many more...
