Why can't I remove old dependencies?

1.   I changed a unit name and deleted old file. But the project compiles successfully without changing the name in the unit clause.  I had to rebuild after cleanup to make it work as I intended.

2.   I changed a unit name in the uses clause. But Show>Unit dependencies display still old unit.


What would be problem?
