Theme on Kubuntu 20.04
« on: December 08, 2020, 07:54:43 am »
Hai,

I got this message on debug console:

Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "adwaita"

Linux Kubuntu 20.04, Lazarus 2.0.10, FPC 3.2.0

Anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks

I run
Code: Text  [Select][+][-]
  1. sudo apt-get install gnome-themes-extra

and resolved.

Another problem is:

1. Label caption was clipped
2. Component palette caption clipped

This is clearly a bug. Probably gtk2 related. Is that the widgetset used in your screenshots?

I have noticed the same thing happening when I tested my application on a Fedora Gnome VM.  I have not had time to investigate further as yet. But it does not look very nice ....
