LAMW AppJCenterToyTimerServiceDemo1 crash in android 8+

I am try to work with jcToyTimerService1 and the app demo run fine in android 7 emulator, i add it to my app and run good in the emulator too, but when i test the demo on real device with android 9 and android 10 the app crash (in the OnPullElapseTime event).

The "AppJCenterToyTimerServiceDemo1" is just a concept... and as concept is continue valid.

(I will try find some android 9 (or 10) device to do some test..... )

but the way i test my apps some times with this online free emulator https://www.apkonline.net/runapk/create-androidapk.html?app=android_6.0_blank is android 6.0 but is other option.
