Assign a shortcut/hotkey for "compile package" ?

Dear all,

Is it possible to assign a hotkey (key combination) to start compiling of a package that is loaded?
I could not find it in the list...
The IDE seems to be very "project centered" ;-)

It is, by design. So a shortcut to compile a loaded package doesn't really make sense.
