Menu RadioItems with GroupIndex, all unchecked
« on: October 23, 2020, 10:40:56 am »
Two menu RadioItems with GroupIndex=1 and Checked=False appear unchecked on Windows and macOS (Windows.png). Instead on Linux the first one is checked (Linux.png) and I can't find a way to make them both unchecked.

I'm using on all 3 OS:
  Lazarus: 2.0.10
  FPC: 3.2.0

You can find attached a zip file containing a simple project and the png files mentioned before.

Is it possible to make the Linux version of this program work like the one in Windows/macOS?
Thanks!

It is GTK2 issue, Qt allows it. Maybe some widgetset limitation.
Lazarus 2.3.0 (rev main-2_3-2863...) FPC 3.3.1 x86_64-linux-qt Chakra, Qt 4.8.7/5.13.2, Plasma 5.17.3
Lazarus 1.8.2 r57369 FPC 3.0.4 i386-win32-win32/win64 Wine 3.21

Try Eye-Candy Controls: https://sourceforge.net/projects/eccontrols/files/

Would you recommend me to report it as a bug? Or should I just accept it as a limitation? Thank you!
