HMRC Digital Tax

Has anyone made or found a Pascal / Lazarus / Delphi component for use with HMRC "Making Tax Digital"  requirements ?
This is a British digital tax requirement where business transactions subject to vat are included and uploaded as part of vat tax returns.

Thanks.

Never seen it discussed before. Is the specification public, or only made available to the vendors of approved accounting packages?

The specification was public. It's already integrated in various software packages.
I did have some code last year, I will try to find it.

There are many links and api options on the site and even github uploads.

The reason I ask is that it's almost pointless trying to develop any sort of accountancy / invoicing application for British customers if you don't have this facility.
