lazarus installation

Can't install Lazarus 2.0.10 on Win 10. Got message: "libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll
into C:\WINDOWS\System32", access denied. What to do?

Either skip "globally install openssl libraries" in the "custom installation", or install from an account with administrator rights.
