Added new wiki page, can't get link to show in web portal

I created a wiki page entitled Docker Containerization. I modified the Special Topics section in the web portal to add link to the new page, but the link doesn't show up.

What have I missed?

The cause is page updating delay.
I've updated page (portal).
For future see "Null edit":
 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Purge#Null_edit

I find it easier to simply add "?action=purge" to the end of the page URL, you will then get an option to delete the cached version of the page. Category links are only updated once per day.
