This site will crash with cdn resources, it's not the server question.

1.There are many free templetes in github or other free resources. so i can not answer this question(I'm not the author), but i think you can.
2.Yes.
3.There are many solutions about these questions in the QA.chs.txt in the zip file.but it's only chinese. sorry for my poor english.
4.I think many others can help you immediately in my QQ Groups. but it is a chiness IM and you will found in readme.txt. I can not promise you but i can try my best. sorry for these.
