Viewing Designer (Form) as a tabbed item in the IDE

The Form design doesn't show as a tabbed item in the IDE. How to fix?

Install components\sparta\dockedformeditor\sparta_dockedformeditor.lpk

And in case you're using Lazarus 2.0.10 and you run into a problem installing the package, take a look here.

I am using 2.0.10 and noticed that F12 will bring up the designer. Not the best fix but OK. Thanks

As said by zamtmn you need to install the Docked Form Editor. I only remarked with my comment, because there is a known problem when doing so that can be relatively easily be solved.
