unable to read option menus and others Windows 10

Hi

Just got a strange happening, i have stable,fixes and trunk installed on laptop and all exhibit the same.

I have cleared/deleted windows font cache just in case.

When I go to options I cannot read the options tree on the left.

Anyone had the same?

I have no scaling active on laptop.
