I can not find a way currently using the web interface for these forums to block the view from my end of certain people.

If this isn't possible for the web interface is there a client app designed to connect to this same server that can be configured to only down load and view those that are not in the block list ?

for the IRC channels it works fine, I can put users on ignore.. that is basically what I am looking for...

So is there a client to read these forums ?

You should be able to achieve what you desire at the Ignore/Buddy List area of your profile.

Thanks

It took a little bit of finding but I set it. We'll see if works.

You're welcome.  I did test it, and it works in an interesting, but generally reasonable way.

A godsend; this will greatly improve the quality of the forum!
The obnoxious posts don't completely disappear, but at lest they are no longer detrimental for the threads.
All posts based on: Win10 (Win64); Lazarus 2.0.10 'stable' (x64) unless specified otherwise...

Well it does not seem to be working, I need to look at this again.

It only blocks posts that originate from the offending party. It does not block replies to the original post. So if the replies quote them, you'll see it.  It is what it is...
