compiling sources

Well: i've downloaded the sources. the archive contyains a file called

Makefile.fpc

than not work using make from consolle.

How i can compile correctly lazarus sources.

Obviously i've freepascal 1.0.10 installed correctly

Where did you download the sources?

Didn't the archive also contain a Makefile?
