Is there something I as an upper level developer can do to these low level details?
I want to use the PasLibVlc package but I cannot develop anything inside because I don't understand the inner workings of it...

When I was looking for the best way to install the files in the zip I diffed the package files for Lazarus against each other (3.0.6 to 3.0.7 master) and found there are massive amounts of changes in these files!
Really a big work to get on top of the new versions of VLC...

So therefore something might have been overlooked??

As I stated the application works partially on my Linux Mint PC but some things do not like the events driving the progressbar display are not fired I believe. And that probably needs working threads.

Playing the video is OK but doing the stuff I need the application for NOK.
