hiding / showing non visual components on form

What is the easiest way to hide non visual components like Delphi. If it is, can I create a toolbutton for it?

Right-click on a form in the form editor. The menu has the option 'Show nonvisual components'. This is normally checked.
There is no entry for this command in the list that can be associated with a toolbar button
