LazReport export csv utf8

Hi everyone!
I want to  export to csv, format from the LazReport.
But when it is exported, the accented letters mix, letters are bad. >:( >:( >:D  When I open the csv format with txt then it's okay.

does anyone know what to set up to be good? (I try to set txt. UTF8 its work) I should have the accent right!!!! :)

 My goal is associate the extention to Excel and open all file tsv with UTF-8 enconding.
