LAMW and smartwatch

One question, but with LAMW is it possible to develop also for smartwatches?
Win10, Ubuntu and Mac

Yes,  but you need supported CPU....
and test for each component.... [not all will work .. only the simplest ...]

Note that this will only work on smartwatches using pure Android, not Wear OS or an even more dedicated one (Tizen, WatchOS). AFAIK no big brands produce smartwatches with such an OS, so you're limited to some not well known chinese brands like lemfo or zeblaze. Tizen is somewhat Android based, but compatibility is questionable, not to mention Galaxy Gear is expensive.
