FPC bindings to the BGFX rendering library

I am trying to use it and have error

I was trying x86  and amd64 as FPC and BGFX shared library but does not work.

My goal is to try how Castle Game Engine will work with BGFX.

I have builded BGFX with no errors. And helloworld.exe also is made, but does not run on Windows.

I will check it in linux also later in VMWare. Also on MacM1 may be it will work i hope.
