h2paswizard does not work with trunk

I have tried to install h2paswizard.lpk on trunc fpc/trunk laz win32 and win64 but it does not work as expected.  ( i tried it with gstobject.h and gstelemnt.h from gstreamerproject)

Message: TRegExpr exec: empty input string.

If i use fpc fixes32 and lazarus fixes20 it works as expected.

Is this only a problem on my pc or should i file a bug ?
