What can I do with Visual Studio?

I succeeded in connecting to Firebird from Visual Studio 2017 (I had to edit some registry).
But what can I do with this? Can I create or change tables, stored procedures, etc. within Visual Studio?

Visual Studio is offtopic here, try a general programming forum. (e.g. Stack Overflow)
