Default new project name with Lazarus IDE

Is there a setting that would force the IDE to prompt for a name when creating a new project, unit, form, etc.?
That would make the project, unit, form, etc. a lot easier to spot in the course of an editing session.

Tools | Options opens the IDE Options dialog.
Environment node, Naming subnode opens the Naming page, which has a has checkbox "Ask for file name on new file"
