"[SOLVED]" What is Lazarus equivalent of the Consts unit

I am trying to port an older delphi program to Lazarus but I cant find what the equivalent of the VCL.consts unit.
Can anyone please advise?

"rtlconsts" unit. 

But that is more by function (as in the FPC rtl concentrates resourcestrings there). It might not be a drop in for every case.

Edit your first post and change the Subject to add "[SOLVED]" to the beginning.
