[SOLVED] FPCUPDELUXE hangs

Hello,

I was using FPCUPDELUXE to create an additional installation of FPC and Lazarus. 

FPCUPDELUXE hung when attempting to download a file using Powershell. To confirm that the problem was related to the use of Powershell, I issued the FPCUPDELUXE command to Powershell directly from a console prompt.  This resulted in a Powershell exception which it seems FPCUPDELUXE did not anticipate resulting in it hanging.

I tried a few different versions of FPCUPDELUXE and they all hung the same way.  The O/S and current installation is as stated in my signature.

The following three (3) attachments, show:

1. the command issued by FPCUPDELUXE to Powershell which caused the hang. (Note: I had to compress that image because it caused the maximum allowed total attachment size to be exceeded.)

2. the same command issued to Powershell from a command prompt showing the Powershell exception.

3. In case it might be helpful, general information about the copy of Powershell on my system.

Any suggestion as to how to fix the problem or a workaround will be most appreciated.

If my changes work as designed, the latest release of fpcupdeluxe will first use svn to get the necessary binutils and other tools.
So, please try the latest version, and report back if this version will work for you.
