how I can connect my app with Telephone

I have small adressbook app and I want to connect with telephone direct and Show who is calling and in app Show all Information related with this number calling now .

the app is ready just I need to connect with telephone and what I have to change in form and unit in my app or maybe add new unit. I do not know.
please I need help
