What's the standard workflow to update IDE's translation?

Hi, all

Is there any guide or wiki can tell me how to update & submit IDE's translation?

I know how to use svn & create a patch

I want to update the Chinese translation for the latest Lazarus IDE

Use "poedit" (https://poedit.net/) and update the translated texts in the *.zh_CN.po files of your Lazarus installation (folder languages, maybe also in related folders of the components directory). Write a bug report and add the changed files in a zip (see https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=36357 as an example).
