Frame name goes _Designer_Frame_name

If I name an object

Frame_my
next time on opening, it will read

_Designer_Frame_my

Why that?
Is it a bug or a feature?

There are two properties.  One is the name for streaming purposes, the other is caption as user visible name. On create they are set to the same.

Maybe visual inheritance can further complicate the picture (e.g. the caption is part of the ancestor of a frame, and not changed in the derivative.
