don`t view menu Environment\* except Debugger Option

TOutputFilter: "Hint: you can set the compiler path in Environment->Environment options->Files->Compiler Path"

but i dont view this menu :(

These are normal startup messages for the first time. Lazarus can't find your config and will create one.

If you see the debugger options in the menu, you need one of the two items above it. Files is a tab on Environment options
