Convert to HTML?

Hey all, curious if RichMemo can convert text to html? Or is there any component that can?

I know that Lazarus Brasilia made something some years ago that they say it works. I dont know, but I found the address:

I have a very old one by TSE that I made cross platform and fpc compatible.
Not complete but it does the job..
