Mater library with usage examples

After a recent discussion in the forum about usage of Pascal code in a C program, I spent a couple of hours to polish this old project.

It's an example of a shared library written in Pascal, with usage examples in Basic, C and Pascal.

The library is derived from V. Albillo's mate solving program.

I tested all the project under Linux and under Windows. If you find errors please let me know.  :)

I use Lazarus 2.2.0 32/64 and FPC 3.2.2 32/64 on Debian 11 64 bit, Windows 10, Windows 7 32/64, Windows XP 32,  FreeBSD 64.
Widgetset: fpGUI, MSEgui, Win32, GTK2, Qt.

Maybe you didn't enable it to be publicly visible.
