How get all components and his classes?

How create list with all installed components (classes and his public methods/properties)? I planed use this list to generate PHP classes for https://github.com/gabrielrcouto/php-gui .
I dont  used Lazarus before but writed on ObjectPascal/Delphi7 please, more details in answer  :-[
