RUNERROR(226) stop on:
_FPC_SysAllocateThreadVars

Environment
Lazarus :204
Win7: 64
AV: TrendMicro OfficeScan

if i open a New Empty Form Application and click F9/Debug to debug, it will show this Exception and then stop.
if open a command line application and click F9/Debug, everything goes fine.
