Can LAMW be used to create an Android Service?

I am wanting to create an Android service using LAMW. Is this possible?

No. But we can implement a component to wrapper some "specific"  service...

[example: jDownloadService component...  and demo "AppDownloadServiceDemo1" ]

What sevice you need?

My Idea was to create an android Non-GUI service app, that contains a web-service from web-service toolkit. That other Android Apps can talk to locally on the same device or elsewhere come to think of it.

Also I'm still thinking this is not possible, but @jmpessoa would know
