Those two articles also have some basic idea's to abstract complexity away.

the source files from both dbus are the same ?? though referenced as being different
same witht the cdover zips though referenced as being different have same zip

Yes. It seems that when preparing for the web the sources for a series where amalgamated in a single zip while the articles themselves were kept separated, so each article links to the same set of sources.

Do note that most of the articles (and source) are a bit dated. They are rather nice but the code may need some updating for current fpc.
