Bugtracker: Can not close issue I opened

I need help on how to close an issue I opened. I log in, open issue I have reported earlier, but I am completely lost at how to close it or flag it as solved.

Since new bugtracker interface was introduced, this was not the first time I tried, but today I give up and seek for help.

This is the issue I want to close because it does not show in Laz 2.0.3 + FPC 3.2.0 any more:

Last time, i was also not able to close a issue by myselft, so i wrote a note :'Please close' and few time later it was closed by a maintainer.

Reporter can close only issues with Status = Resolved.
Mark  issue as resolved may developer.
Your issue is not resolved.
You can ask developers to resolve issue and after marking as resolved close it.

So I do not have any other option to mark is at resolved except making a comment in my own issue and hoping that someone will see it? I do not find that intuitive at all and I certainly could not find instructions anywhere...

I resolved it, now you can close the report.

Well, yes maybe not intuitive. But actually a feature.

Well, for an unassigned new issue it could be argued, but here is another example https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=34430

The reporter announced that the issue no longer happens. But from the initial report I know that it is not fixed. Yet I can see that it could very easily have become hidden. So I kept the issue open. It has no high prior, but if I find time I still want to look at it.
So in this case it is good that the issue can only be closed by the developer. if the user had closed it, it would have dropped from the "my view" page.
