Easiest way to profile on windows?

I was just wondering if there are any easy ways to profile your pascal compiled program?  I've tried FPProfiler, but I couldn't get it to work.  I also couldn't figure out gprof.  I looked into LazProfiler, but I don't think it will work with FPC vsersion 3.0.0, which is what I use for various reasons.

I've had luck using http://www.codersnotes.com/sleepy/ before
