Professional Certificate in Pascal

Is/was there any certification in Pascal? Something like C and Oracle has?
Or is a Pascal a part of any widely recognised IT certification program?

Yes, it is of some sort. Not sure about the value of these, but it exist.

Some institution offers some form certification. Of course.

I was more thinking something widely accepted and asked on the level of MSDE or Cisco.
