Not sure if Cocoa or virtual treeview - but column (size) splitters do not show

Before I stat posting bug reports -

can anyone else confirm that they also do not see virtual treeview column separators / splitters (those you can click-drag to resize the columns)

It is kinda funky - they are still there and work but they are just invisible.

(I am not using dark theme)
