MatCap Rendering

I have updated my mesh project to support MatCap rendering https://github.com/neurolabusc/Metal-Demos/tree/master/mesh. For MacOS, users can target either OpenGL (3.3 Core) or the Metal API (for Metal you must install the Lazarus Metal-Framework packagehttps://github.com/genericptr/Metal-Framework). For Windows and Linux, OpenGL 3.3 is used (the project will initially complain that lazmetalcontrol is not installed, simply remove this requirement using the Project Inspector - Metal is only for MacOS).
