I'm sorry, but many of us would not test a binary...
Where can we download or checkout the source code?

  • Probably until I exterminate Putin.
FPC has built-in features for that....
E.g. https://www.freepascal.org/docs-html/current/prog/progsu88.html#x96-950001.3.5 and more for other platforms than netware. (E.g. {$I license.txt })

And indeed please do not link to executables: sane people would not even download it....
We are programmers, not click-bait.

Specialize a type, not a var.

Why use an external tool? Instead use either full project templates ("GPL Application", "MIT Application", etc.) or simple code templates: type "BSD3", press Ctrl+J et voilà! a shinig BSD-3-clause license added to your source ;)
Turbo Pascal 3 CP/M - Amstrad PCW 8256 (512 KB !!!) :P
Lazarus/FPC 2.0.8/3.0.4 & 2.0.12/3.2.0 - 32/64 bits on:
(K|L|X)Ubuntu 12..18, Windows XP, 7, 10 and various DOSes.

Yup! but that's Lazarus only. FPC supports including a license too. (I didn't even examine the link)
