« on: June 03, 2019, 12:30:18 am »
Hi

Do anyone have a copy of CheckRide's source code? (the bitbucket address is gone.)

ct2laz - Conversion between Lazarus and CodeTyphon
bithelpers - Bit manipulation for standard types

Yes it seems so. Unfortunately, the creator has left us in Dec 2014 after a period of illness.

I don't use Bitbucket, but somebody of us who uses it can talk to Atlassian's support and request that Reinero's Bitbucket open source repositories to be available again:
https://support.atlassian.com/#/bitbucket

Or, if somebody has copies of Reinero's latest Bitbucket open source repositories to upload them to another online service.

Hi,

Please note that as per mentioned in Does Bitbucket backup my repositories? https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/does-bitbucket-backup-my-repositories-288658413.html:

Our backups are for disaster recovery purposes only. We are not able to use our backups to restore repositories that have been deleted by an end-user.

Under normal circumstances, we do not restore repositories on behalf of users.

Cheers,
Leon

Is there possibly someone still sitting with a copy of his repo? Who can upload?
avra did you find any of this code on your home pc?

Do they know reiniero = BigChimp = Reinier Olislagers DIED on december 4th, 2014?
Can you find out whether reiniero's BitBucket account were deleted because of missed payment or for not being logged in for some years?

BigChimp passed away on 4th december (2014)
https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,26726.0.html

The last time those repositories were seen online here seems to be May 12, 2018:

Similar JvCreateProcess component ?

If someone has a list of components in that repo, I will search locally and probably have one or two more to upload if anyone else is interested.

There is something like this in JVCL. But the unit has a directive "WindowsOnly", and I am hesitant to put work into porting a non-cross-platform component... What is the advantage of it over our TProcess?

Talk about sensitivity (or not reading the question).
I don't think the repository is deleted by the end-user.

So, what happened?
Do they have policies in place to just delete repositories when the end-user doesn't login for a few years?

I am sorry, I didn't mean to port anything.
I was only mentioning when BigChimp's repositories were last seen here.

I know, but when a package is not found it possibly can be regenerated unless it was Reinier's own development.
