[solved] What is the correct way to change Lazarus Splash Logo?

I was able to change the Splash Logo in the 1.8.2 version, the following step is:

Replacing the splash_logo.png by my image file, then I run splash_logo.bat, after that, I rebuild the IDE, it was working.

But after I've upgraded to 2.0.4 it doesn't work anymore. Did I miss something?

I forgot to clean and build. Now it works again.  :D
