Setup a cross platform Lazarus
« on: May 10, 2019, 08:09:13 pm »
Hello
I have downloaded and installed the new Lazarus 2.0.2 win32 only
And I want to make it crossplatform
Exactly I want to use this i386-win32 installation to target linux, macos, solaris, bsd if possible

Can someone tell if it is possible to do it without bugs
Or should I download the fpc units from Sourceforge and put them in [$LazDir/fpc/units]
Lazarus 2.0.2 - FPC 3.0.4 - Win32

The ultimate way is to teach yourself, with all the proper documentation available (so not the wiki), to do it your self.
Object Pascal programmers should get rid of their "component fetish" especially with the non-visuals.
