Inc is considered operator. I noticed it from the error message I received when tried the following
without declaring Inc:
Project1.pas(65,3) Error: Operator is not overloaded: inc "AnsiString"
so I decided to try this "operator".

howardpc, this seems to be the second error message where the compiler calls
Inc or
&Inc an "operator".
