LAMW: how to work with BLE device?

I would like to connect to BLE devices, I think it need to use BluetoothGatt class. Did I need to create a new component? any help?

I haven't been able to implement it yet ... BLE is a difficult task for me .... (I don't really understand the subject ...)

Edited:  Can you do some test? (I dont have a BLE device...)

I can connected to the device，but it didn't enter the OnConnected Event

the result of GetCharacteristicProperties is cpUnknown,  but I think it should be READ, WRITE and NOTIFY, just like the second picture
