conditionnal define

Hi there

Is there a way to retrieve personnal define from project and sees them in combobox when doing ctrl+maj+d ?

ho btw after applying conditionnal with 'else' from ctrl+maj+d, editor did not refresh, so both parts are black (one must be grayed)
